Frank is a member of the firm's Business and Real Estate Departments. His practice concentrates in general business and corporate matters and commercial real estate development, including the acquisition, divestiture, financing, leasing and operation of office, shopping center, multi-family residential, manufactured/mobile home and industrial properties.
Frank has represented major retail chains, including both small space and large space users, in complex lease and/or purchase (including joint venture) transactions, and handles real estate site acquisition and development, including construction, for manufacturing and non-manufacturing companies, including call centers, manufactured home parks, retail shopping centers, office parks, industrial facilities and apartment complexes.
Frank has acted as purchase money lender’s counsel in the real estate collateralization of substantial urban land holdings for the purchase of a major American sports franchise, as the subtenant’s counsel in a complex three-party leasing transaction for the new call center and home office of an international automobile motor club and roadside assistance provider, as developer’s counsel for a major secure data center, and as developer’s counsel for a relocated Massachusetts court facility.

Frank is involved in a wide variety of community, civic and charitable activities, including substantial leadership roles. He has also served on the faculty of several continuing legal education seminars. Frank was a contributor to the Tenant’s Survival Handbook, a treatise on commercial leasing from the tenant’s perspective.
