Ruselle is a member of the firm’s Health Care and Business Groups. He represents health care service companies, individual health care providers, manufacturers of health care equipment and nursing homes.
Ruselle counsels his clients on a variety of matters, including certificate of need, facility licensing, privacy (including HIPAA), third-party reimbursement and structuring of business arrangements.
Ruselle has more than 25 years experience as a health care attorney, having served as General Counsel to the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and general counsel to a publicly-traded health care service company prior to joining the firm.
