Eugene H. Ho

Eugene is an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Health Technologies Group.  His diverse practice includes business planning and formation, mergers and acquisitions, loan transactions, financings and general corporate matters.  Eugene advises clients in a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology companies, and represents companies in all stages of development, from start-up through acquisition.

Eugene is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.
