Shana I. Kaplan

Shana is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.  Shana maintains a general civil litigation practice with a focus on employment and business disputes.  She has represented individuals and businesses in connection with a variety of matters, including those involving breach of contract, discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, enforceability of restrictive covenants, and breach of fiduciary duties.  She has also represented individuals in a range of domestic relations matters, including divorces, paternity suits, modifications and prenuptial agreements.

Prior to joining the firm, Shana was an associate at Shilepsky Hartley Robb Casey Michon LLP, where she worked on a broad range of employment and executive advocacy matters.  She was also previously an associate at Perkins Smith and Cohen, LLP in the litigation department.

Shana clerked for Chief Justice Margaret Marshall of the Supreme Judicial Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
