Michael L. Andresino to Speak at NASPP Annual Conference

We are pleased to announce that Mike Andresino, partner of Posternak Blankstein & Lund has been selected as a key speaker for the upcoming 18th Annual NASPP Conference to be held in Chicago from September 20-23, 2010.

Mike will lead the panel "Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plans: Practical Design and Implementation," which will bring together the legal, administrative and brokerage firm perspectives that are necessary to make Rule 10b5-1 trading programs successful.  Mike has over 20 years of experience representing companies from startup through the IPO stage and beyond.  He specializes in public company compliance issues, including corporate governance and disclosure, insider trading and reporting, stock plan design and implementation, and executive compensation.  He was a founding member of the NASPP and is frequent speaker at equity compensation events, including the NASPP.
